Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (various days based on facility needs)

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to geriatric patients
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Collaborate with nursing team to ensure quality care
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

Qualifications

Valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR certification
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric patient care best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
