Location: Redwood City, CA
Start Date: 06-15-2026
End Date: 09-14-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, varied start times
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide acute care physical therapy across multiple units including med-surg, tele, ICU, oncology, and cardiology
- Manage patients with orthopedic conditions, total joints, and ventilator dependency
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Hit the ground running with minimal orientation - we need an experienced therapist ready to make an impact
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of acute care PT experience
- Experience with orthopedic patients, ICU, and ventilated patients required
Education
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in Cerner EMR
- Strong skills in orthopedic, cardiac, and oncology physical therapy
- Ability to treat a wide variety of patient populations independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
