Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, on-call with 30-minute response time, 36 hours per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures including brain, MRCP, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities
Operate GE and Toshiba imaging equipment safely and effectively
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging exams
Collaborate with radiologists to optimize image quality and patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and use Radnet & Merge Unity PACS
Float to Mercy Southwest as needed to support team coverage

Qualifications

Must hold ARRT certification
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
Ability to start IVs? Not required for this role
Strong understanding of anatomy and imaging protocols

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in MRI and CT imaging techniques
Skilled in Radnet and Merge Unity PACS
Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
