Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (typical 8-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular conditions
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and rehab techs to ensure coordinated patient care
Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day in a single outpatient location

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona (or compact eligible)
At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Current BLS and CPR certifications
Experience with EMR systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular rehabilitation
Experience treating geriatric population with falls and balance disorders
Proficient in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations and productivity standards
