MRI Technologist
Location: Houston, TX
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 08-17-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with weekend on-call rotation
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI scans using Philips and Siemens equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and image documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists to optimize image quality
- Assist with equipment maintenance and quality control
Qualifications
- ARRT certification in MRI required
- Texas state license or ability to obtain
- Experience with Philips 1.5T and 3T MRI systems preferred
- Familiarity with Siemens 1.5T is a plus
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in MRI safety protocols
- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with call schedules and on-call duties
