Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer external beam and internal radiation treatments including proton therapy, brachytherapy, and stereotactic radiosurgery
Operate advanced equipment such as Varian Trubeam, TomoTherapy, and Gamma Knife
Collaborate with radiation oncologists to deliver precise treatment plans
Perform CT simulations and ensure accurate patient positioning
Maintain patient safety and uphold quality assurance standards
Document treatments and updates in EPIC and ARIA systems

Qualifications

Current ARRT (T) certification required
BLS certification from AHA required
Minimum 1-3 years of radiation therapy experience
Experience with EBRT, IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, and SRT
Proficiency in EPIC and ARIA software preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in external beam and internal radiation techniques
Proficient in proton therapy, brachytherapy, and stereotactic radiosurgery
Skilled in 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, and SRT
Familiar with Gamma Knife, TomoTherapy, and microwave treatments
Competent in CT simulation and patient immobilization
Strong attention to detail and patient safety focus
