Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with call rotation (Mon-Fri 1700-0630, Sat-Sun 0630-0630)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans using Siemens Avanto 1.5 equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
Operate MRI equipment according to established protocols
Float between College Station and Bryan campuses as needed
Participate in call rotation to provide after-hours coverage
Precept new technologists when required

Qualifications

Valid Texas state license for MRI technology
ARRT certification in MRI (or equivalent)
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5 strongly preferred
Ability to respond to call within 1 hour (30 minutes travel, 30 minutes to patient on table)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in MRI safety protocols and equipment operation
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to changing census and floating requirements
