Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends - 36 hours per week

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
- Assess and triage patients upon arrival to prioritize care
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver optimal outcomes
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska (or compact license)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of ER experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a high-stress environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Knowledge of emergency nursing procedures and protocols
