Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with rotating call including nights and weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer sedation and monitor patients during cardiac catheterization and EP procedures
Collaborate with a dedicated team of two techs per case to ensure smooth workflow
Assist with interventional and electrophysiology cases in a fast-paced cath lab environment
Respond to call within 30 minutes for emergent STEMIs and after-hours procedures
Float to Chandler Regional as needed to support sister facility
Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Arizona or compact license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience preferred
EP experience is a plus but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate
Must pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of offer (2 attempts max)
Must pass Sim Lab on day 1 of orientation

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Maclab and Cerner EMR systems
Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
Ability to sedate patients safely and effectively
Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a high-pressure environment
Knowledge of sterile technique and cath lab protocols
