Location: Claremont, New Hampshire

Start Date: 06-01-2026

End Date: 08-10-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, includes weekends and holidays as needed

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents in daily activities
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Assist with meals, mobility, and personal hygiene with dignity and respect
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Create a safe, clean, and comforting environment for residents

Qualifications

Active LNA license in New Hampshire or Vermont (compact eligible)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
Willingness to float to different units as needed
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Time management and organizational skills
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
