Shift Type: Rotating shifts with call rotation: Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Saturday-Sunday 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 1-hour response time required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans serving approximately 18 patients daily
Operate Siemens Avanto 1.5T equipment with precision and care
Respond promptly to on-call emergencies within the 1-hour requirement
Precept and mentor new team members as needed by the unit
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support patient care needs
Maintain exceptional standards while minimizing call-outs to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Current state license required for Texas
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5T preferred
MRI specialty certification and clinical expertise
Ability to work independently during on-call rotations
Strong commitment to attendance and reliability

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in MRI imaging protocols and safety procedures
Comfortable working with Siemens Avanto 1.5T scanner
Excellent patient care and communication abilities
Flexible and adaptable to floating between campuses
Reliable response time during on-call situations
