Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10-hour shifts available

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient therapy services across PT, OT, and ST disciplines
Provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics
Collaborate with therapy leaders and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Support early mobility programs and stroke-certified rehabilitation initiatives
Float between inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings as needed
Contribute to JCAHO-certified stroke care and total joint program excellence

Qualifications

Current California PT, OT, or ST license required
BLS certification
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Strong clinical skills across orthopedic, neurological, and medical patient populations
Geriatric and pediatric experience valued for Speech Therapy roles

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient therapy expertise across multiple disciplines
Home health experience for occupational therapy coverage
Vital Stim certification ideal for speech therapy candidates
Hand therapy skills valued for occupational therapy positions
Ability to float between inpatient acute care and outpatient settings
Strong communication and collaboration with therapy aides and licensed staff
