Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload of 12 patients per day
Provide compassionate care across mostly orthopedic cases while embracing the variety that comes with a small-town setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Step in to support acute inpatient needs when your schedule allows, adding meaningful variety to your day
Build lasting relationships with patients in a welcoming athletic-club environment

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submission)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfort treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town community

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a steady caseload of 12 patients across 10-hour days
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
Team-oriented mindset in a multidisciplinary rehab setting
