Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with evening, weekend, and holiday call required
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care across a variety of surgical specialties
- Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures
- Prepare operating rooms and assist with robotic and laparoscopic cases
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond quickly during call shifts
- Document care accurately in Epic while maintaining the highest safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
- Current BLS certification
- Previous OR experience preferred
- Robot and GI experience a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical safety protocols
- Comfortable with robotic and laparoscopic procedures
- Proficient with Epic electronic medical records
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
