Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and postpartum families
- Circulate for C-sections and support safe surgical outcomes
- Monitor fetal heart rates and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with OB techs and on-call neonatologists for seamless deliveries
- Float between L&D and Postpartum units to support the entire mother-baby journey
- Follow patient-centered birth plans while delivering evidence-based care
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent L&D/PP experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications
- Proven ability to circulate C-sections
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Travel nursing experience is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong fetal monitoring interpretation
- Comfortable with high-risk deliveries at 34 weeks and beyond
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow detailed birth plans with empathy
- Adaptable to floating between L&D and Postpartum units
