Location: Davenport, Iowa

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts with variable start times between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM, plus on-call 1 day a week and every 4th weekend

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during orthopedic and robotic procedures with precision and care
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with the OR team to deliver exceptional surgical outcomes
Handle specialized equipment for robotic-assisted surgeries
Support seamless workflow in fast-paced operating rooms

Qualifications

Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
Active BLS certification
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Ability to thrive in high-energy surgical settings

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic surgical procedures and instrumentation
Robotic-assisted surgery support
Sterile technique and operating room protocols
Team collaboration in fast-paced environments
