Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver life-saving ventilator management and bubble CPAP support to patients from 32 weeks and up
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP setups, and nebulizer treatments with precision and care
Assist with intubations and provide standby support during conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Collaborate with a strong team of 4+ RTs on night shift to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Cover inpatient needs with skill and compassion across adult and occasional pediatric cases

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required before start
RRT or CRT credential accepted
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Proven NICU experience with strong level 2 nursery competency
Comfortable with ventilator management and bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and older

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management on PB 980 and Philips V60
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup expertise
ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Ability to assist with intubations
