Shift Type: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the entire childbirth process
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being with expert attention
Administer medications and coach patients through labor with compassion
Assist during delivery and educate families on infant care
Serve comfortably in the OR setting as the baby RN
Support families through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages

Qualifications

Active RN license in New York
Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and C-EFM certifications
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
Comfortable working in OR settings as baby RN

Knowledge & Skills

LDRP model experience at level 1 with special care nursery
Strong assessment and monitoring skills for mother and baby
Excellent patient education and family support abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced birth center environment
