Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy to patients recovering from shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow injuries
Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload including CVA, MS, and head injury patients
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute care
Collaborate with rehab aides and the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
Provide compassionate care across acute inpatient, rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Strong background in outpatient orthopedic therapy, especially upper extremity
Experience with shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures preferred
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation expertise
Upper extremity therapy techniques
Proficient documentation with ReDoc and Meditech systems
Ability to manage 12 patients per day across multiple care settings
