Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with rotational call after hours; Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 7:30 AM call coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $83 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform a variety of Interventional Radiology procedures with precision and care
Support dialysis catheter placements, IVC filter placements, TIPS procedures, and CT-guided biopsies
Collaborate with radiologists and nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Operate advanced imaging equipment including GE Innova and MedRad Injector systems
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner and RadNet EMR systems
Provide on-call coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule

Qualifications

ARRT (RT)(R) certification preferred
VI certification is a plus
Experience in Interventional Radiology procedures
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations including adult inmates
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle 2-4 cases per day

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with GE Innova, MedRad Injector, GE Logic Book, and Angiojet equipment
Familiarity with Cerner and RadNet EMR systems
Understanding of dialysis access, vascular interventions, and biopsy procedures
Ability to work independently during on-call shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
