Location: Tacoma, Washington

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures with precision and care
Start IVs and ensure patient comfort throughout every imaging study
Collaborate with radiologists and cardiology teams to deliver accurate diagnostic results
Operate GE and Phillips equipment while maintaining the highest safety standards
Document studies thoroughly using EPIC and McKesson PACS systems

Qualifications

ARRT-N or NMTCB certification required
Active Washington state license
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
Strong IV start skills and comfort with a variety of imaging studies

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures
Experience with EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS systems
Familiar with GE and Phillips nuclear medicine equipment
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
