Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour AM/PM shifts with every other weekend requirement and 2 twelve-hour call shifts every 4 weeks

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a supportive LDRP environment
Circulate and scrub for cesarean sections ensuring safe surgical outcomes
Titrate critical drips including Pitocin, LR, Fentanyl, and Labetalol with precision
Monitor fetal strips and respond promptly to obstetrical emergencies
Collaborate with OB techs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional mother-baby care

Qualifications

Active RN license (90-day emergency license available upon offer)
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Experience circulating and/or scrubbing in the OR for cesarean sections
Comfortable titrating drips and reading fetal monitoring strips

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of labor, delivery, postpartum, and mother-baby care
Skilled in circulating and scrubbing for C-sections
Proficient with GE Centricity EFM system and telemetry monitoring
Ability to manage obstetrical emergencies and titrate medications safely
