Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, team scheduling with weekend requirements every third day shift and every other night shift, rotating holidays

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients from neonates through geriatrics across all inpatient floors
• Perform EKGs, bedside bronchoscopies, and bedside spirometry with precision and care
• Collaborate closely with hospitalists, intensivists, providers, and nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Manage ventilators including Drager, Servo I, and Carefusion systems while ensuring optimal patient comfort
• Adapt quickly to varying patient care levels and support needs throughout the hospital
• Maintain flexibility and strong time management while floating to different areas as an RT

Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT credential required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NRP and PALS preferred
• Recent Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
• Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
• Must live outside the 50-mile radius from the facility
• No current full-time, part-time, or PRN employment with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facilities
