Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes promptly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans
Support residents and families with education and emotional support

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Hampshire or compact license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled nursing and long-term care experience
Medication administration and documentation
Infection control and safety protocols
Electronic health record systems
