Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care on the Open Heart Team in a bustling Operating Room
Collaborate with a passionate team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
Serve patients and families with compassion and expertise during critical procedures
Adapt to call schedules to support 24/7 cardiac surgery needs

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
3+ years Operating Room experience
Cardiac Open-Heart experience required
BSN preferred or commitment to obtain within 3 years

Education

BSN preferred; commitment to obtain within 3 years with relevant experience

CVOR expertise
Open Heart surgical procedures
Operating Room protocols
Patient-centered care delivery
