Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver full-time physical therapy to a vibrant mix of pediatric to geriatric clients across orthopedics, neurology, vestibular rehab, and wound care
Travel to remote villages to provide essential inpatient, outpatient, and home care services
Champion community outreach to support diverse Alaskan Native populations
Apply cultural sensitivity and age-specific care while upholding JCAHO, OSHA, and top-tier standards
Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and teams using cutting-edge modalities like ultrasound and therapeutic exercise

Qualifications

Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed in good standing as a Physical Therapist in Alaska
CPR certification required
Hospital-based experience a big plus for this rewarding role

Education

Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication to connect with diverse cultures and non-English speakers
Mathematical savvy for rates, ratios, and precise treatment planning
Problem-solving prowess in dynamic, real-world scenarios
Ability to interpret complex instructions and present confidently to medical teams
