Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical disorders and wound care needs, crafting personalized plans that make real differences
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and assistive devices to boost patient mobility and recovery
Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes with precision to ensure top-tier care
Collaborate with teams, counsel families, and provide expert consultations for holistic patient support
Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain spotless electronic records
Supervise assistants and students while participating in key meetings and trainings

Qualifications

Active MA State License
1 year of PT experience or new grad with Level II fieldwork
LTC or Rehab experience to hit the ground running

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program
Eligible for MA State Licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Patient screening and evaluation expertise
Rehabilitation techniques including therapeutic exercises and wound care
Manual techniques, ambulation training, and modalities
Electronic documentation and discharge planning
Evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance
