Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 8 hour day shifts, Monday-Friday, no weekends or on-call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement patient care plans with compassion and precision
Collaborate closely with physical therapists to modify treatments
Guide patients through stretches and exercises to build strength
Educate families on effective at-home techniques for lasting results
Maintain a spotless and organized therapy environment
Safely assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas
Handle administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly
Empower patients with balance training and vital skills

Qualifications

Active PTA license in Missouri
At least 1 year of PT experience
LTC or Rehab experience to hit the ground running

Education

PTA license required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care implementation skills
Excellent collaboration with PT teams
Clear communication with patients and families
Organizational prowess for smooth operations
