Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med/surg patients
Monitor vital signs and respond to changes swiftly
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision
Advocate for patients to ensure their needs are met

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Med/surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Strong clinical skills and patient focus

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in patient assessment
Medication administration expertise
Team collaboration and communication
Time management in fast-paced settings
