Location: Lansing, Michigan

Start Date: 06-15-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 36 hour guarantee, every third weekend, on-call if needed

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate personalized care plans for critically ill patients from adolescents to geriatrics
Deliver expert care across medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical diagnoses
Uphold the highest standards of professional nursing practice
Supervise and guide CNAs, LNPs, and other healthcare team members

Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license
2+ years of ICU experience in Surgical and Cardiac units required
Experience with open heart returns, CRRT, and IABP devices preferred
Travel nursing experience a plus

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in caring for post-operative open-heart patients
Skilled in CRRT and IABP device management
Strong critical thinking for diverse ICU patient needs
Ability to float to intermediate care areas as needed
