Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Start Date: 08-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts including weekend rotation; on-call rotation of 1 shift per 2-week period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care to acute care/med-surg and observation patients
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Monitor telemetry and manage critical interventions as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado
Minimum 2-3 years of acute care/med-surg or telemetry experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Flu vaccination required (seasonal)
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
