Shift Type: Full-time and part-time day shifts, flexible across Monday-Friday based on patient needs in inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing

Bill Rate: $55.51 – $79.14/hour

Benefits

Hourly Rate: $55.51 – $79.14 (based on experience; 13-step clinical scale up to 30 years)
Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Part-Time Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and plan personalized Physical Therapy services for diverse patients
Deliver compassionate care across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
Collaborate with physicians to follow orders and state regulations
Document progress with precision to drive patient outcomes
Solve problems creatively to help patients regain strength and independence

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy License in good standing
Successful completion of National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Current AHA BLS certification
1+ year experience in acute care, swing bed, skilled nursing, or outpatient settings

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Proficiency with EMR systems and computers
Ability to manage diverse patient populations and diagnoses
