Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the bustling Radiology program with confidence and precision
Track and ensure radiology studies are submitted and reported flawlessly
Deliver essential PACS training to empower your team
Collaborate with administrators and directors to uphold top-quality standards
Manage equipment maintenance, inspections, and procurement quotes
Craft and maintain vital policies and procedures
Lead radiation protection monitoring for staff safety
Optimize the radiology chargemaster for better revenue
Conduct quality assurance and prepare insightful reports
Supervise daily operations, evaluations, and staff competencies
Perform qualified radiologic exams when needed

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Radiology
Registered Radiological Technologist (ARRT) required
Registered Mammographer preferred
Registered US Technologist preferred
Basic Life Support certification
5 years experience in Radiology Management and supervision
5 years experience as Radiology Technologist
PACS training
CT technologist experience preferred
MRI technologist experience preferred

Education

Graduate from an accredited School of Radiology

Knowledge & Skills

Federal, state, and accreditation regulations for radiology services
Digitized imaging expertise
MQSA requirements
Effective oral and written communication
