Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate nursing care to clinic patients while adhering to established standards and your LPN scope of practice
Serve as the key liaison between patients, staff, and providers to ensure seamless communication
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to address every patient's unique needs
Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, and handle prior authorizations with precision
Support your team by providing direction to CNAs and schedulers while receiving guidance from providers and managers

Qualifications

Current Montana LPN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Education

Graduate of a Nursing Program
BLS from a College of Technology/Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in nursing care and patient liaison duties
Strong interdisciplinary team collaboration
Proficiency in vital signs, triage, prescription refills, and prior authorizations
