Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to understand patient needs deeply
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's journey
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that truly help
- Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and behavioral health pros for whole-person care
- Support mental and emotional well-being across individuals, families, and communities in rural settings
Qualifications
- Active LISW license in Iowa
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in rural or medically underserved settings is a plus
Education
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for building meaningful connections
- Strong organizational skills to keep everything on track
- Strong documentation skills for clear and accurate records
- Expertise in addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and adjustment disorders
