Location: Weaverville, California
Start Date: 01-08-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 3x12-hour shifts with shared evening and weekend call
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality imaging exams in radiology and CT modalities
- Position patients expertly for optimal diagnostic results
- Operate complex imaging equipment with precision and care
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and equipment issues
- Maintain compliance with all regulations while prioritizing patient safety
- Assist with scheduling, stocking supplies, and team collaboration
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced rural hospital
Qualifications
- Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist Licensure (CRT)
- BLS Certification required
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Program with Associate of Science Degree
- Two years experience in acute care or diagnostic imaging preferred
- Proficiency in at least two modalities including CT

- Expertise in patient positioning and image quality production
- Knowledge of all imaging modalities especially radiology and CT
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive under minimal supervision and in adverse conditions
- Resourcefulness in emergencies and equipment troubleshooting
