Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver outpatient-focused Family Medicine to patients across the lifespan
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Collaborate closely with experienced clinical and administrative staff
Make a direct impact on the health of a rural community
Practice meaningful, patient-centered medicine in a supportive environment

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
DEA certification or eligibility
Passion for community-focused healthcare

Education

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in comprehensive family medicine
