Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate residents to understand their unique needs
Develop individualized treatment plans that empower real progress
Provide therapeutic interventions to boost function, daily living skills, and safety
Collaborate closely with nursing and rehab staff for outstanding outcomes
Maintain precise documentation in line with regulations to ensure top-quality care

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Commitment to quality care and positive patient outcomes
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in evaluating residents
Skill in creating personalized treatment plans
Proficiency in delivering therapeutic interventions
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Strong documentation practices
