Shift Type: Full-time, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM, night shift, 40 hours/week

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform complex testing in General Laboratory including Chemistry and Hematology to deliver accurate results for patient care
- Manage Blood Bank operations ensuring safe and reliable blood products
- Conduct Microbiology analysis to identify pathogens and support timely diagnoses
- Multitask in a fast-paced lab while upholding rigorous quality control and safety standards
- Contribute to operational excellence that impacts community health
Qualifications
- Current and active Nevada State General Supervisor license required
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple laboratory disciplines
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in General Laboratory Chemistry and Hematology
- Skilled in Blood Bank procedures
- Proficient in Microbiology testing
- Strong multitasking with focus on quality control and safety
