Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care and evaluate functional needs to drive optimal outcomes
Design and implement personalized care plans based on thorough assessments
Direct support staff to help patients smash their functional goals
Communicate effectively with team members for stellar patient results
Document everything meticulously to keep care on track
Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing professional development
Serve as a community resource to champion physical therapy

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current Washington State license from the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (or application in process)
At least one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Proficiency in working with mathematical concepts like ratios and statistics
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret varied instructions
