Roles & Responsibilities

Apply clinical expertise to evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
Assess functional abilities to enhance patient independence and quality of life
Treat diverse patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with professional judgement

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist License in good standing
Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification
2-3 years experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings
Compliance with California OT regulatory requirements

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers and EMR documentation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to independently manage diverse caseloads
Compassionate patient-centered care approach
