Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to long-term care patients, making real differences in their daily lives
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized rehab plans that inspire progress
Adapt treatments to meet individual needs in a compassionate SNF setting
Foster patient confidence and mobility through skilled, caring interventions

Qualifications

Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
Experience in SNF or long-term care settings preferred
Ready to start full-time contract as soon as possible

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in rehabilitation techniques for long-term care
Strong patient assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
