Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing therapy team with patient-first care
- Develop individualized treatment plans that truly make a difference
- Foster a collaborative environment where every voice is valued
- Oversee rehab services in a modern facility for short-term and long-term residents
Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) in South Dakota or eligible to become licensed
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred
Education
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
- Team player with excellent communication skills
