Shift Type: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Partner with residents and care providers to create safe, comfortable therapeutic environments
Deliver direct and indirect care tailored to individual needs
Utilize verbal and non-verbal communication for Alzheimer's and dementia residents
Provide skilled nursing including IV therapy, wound care, and geriatric management
Support short-term rehab for patients recovering from surgeries and injuries

Qualifications

Valid State of Maine or compact RN license
1-3 years previous RN experience preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to float between units and cover 24/7 shifts

Education

Associates in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Medical terminology
Understanding behaviors in Alzheimer's/dementia residents
Ability to work well in a team of care providers
