Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to medical-surgical and cardiac patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families for smoother recoveries
Champion safety and quality in every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license in CT or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications
Recent MS/Cardio experience preferred
Pass Trinity competency testing and skills checklist

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry skills
Excellent IV and medication administration
Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
Teamwork in fast-paced hospital environments
