Location: Garrison, North Dakota

Start Date: 06-08-2026

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care across both Emergency Department and MedSurg Swing patients
Titrate drips and monitor patients with varying acuity levels
Float to support ED holds and step into charge nurse duties when needed
Read cardiac strips and respond quickly to patient changes
Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient experiences

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
At least one year of MedSurg experience
Comfortable working in a 22-bed unit with 1:4 acute and 1:6 swing ratios

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with BLS and ACLS protocols
Experience with nebulizers, oxygen delivery, and occasional vent support
Ability to read cardiac strips and manage tele monitoring
Flexible and ready to float or take on charge responsibilities
