Location: Atlantis, Florida

End Date: 05-18-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Four 10-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with on-call shifts (8-12 per month including 2 weekends)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations with precision and care
Assist in electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device implants
Support Watchman/LAAO procedures to reduce stroke risk in atrial fibrillation patients
Monitor patient vitals and provide sedation under the direction of physicians
Collaborate with a dynamic team of cardiologists, techs, and nurses in a fast-paced environment
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage for emergent cases

Qualifications

Active RN license in Florida (compact license accepted)
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or EP Lab setting
Proficiency in cardiac catheterization and EP procedures
Ability to adapt quickly to a new unit and thrive in a team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Cath Lab and EP Lab equipment and procedures
Proficient in Meditech documentation system
Skilled in cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and emergency response
Knowledge of sterile technique and radiation safety
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
