Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy for shoulders, elbows, and wrists
Help patients recover from tendonitis, fractures, and post-surgical repairs
Provide compassionate care across acute inpatient, rehab, and outpatient settings
Collaborate with rehab aides and the care team to maximize patient outcomes
Document progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Outpatient orthopedic experience with upper extremity focus
Experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis or fractures
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Upper extremity therapy expertise
Ability to manage a caseload of 12 patients per day
Comfortable with acute inpatient, rehab, and outpatient populations
Familiarity with ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
