Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
Perform splinting, EKGs, and central monitoring
Assist with trauma resuscitations and central line placements
Manage airway support and rapid infuser devices
De-escalate behavioral health situations with compassion
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
Utilize MEDITECH EMR for accurate documentation

Qualifications

Current RN license in Texas or compact state
At least 1 year of recent emergency nursing experience
Must have ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Preferred: Meditech experience, trauma experience, CPI certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Self-starter with critical thinking abilities
Proficient in emergency procedures and equipment
