Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday with rotating weekends, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in a 41-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on ADLs and IADLs
Track patient therapy time and charges to meet 3-hour daily requirements
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PT, OT, and SLP professionals
Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including ESTIM, patient lifts, and gym tools
Provide hands-on clinician-led treatments to promote functional independence

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months current acute care Occupational Therapy experience
Active BLS certification (AHA preferred)
Active Kansas Occupational Therapy licensure
Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation setting is a big plus
Lymphedema certification or neuro certification/experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in evaluation and treatment of patients with diverse diagnoses
Knowledge of ADL equipment, patient lifts, and gym equipment
Experience with EMR systems, specifically Meditech
Strong time management and documentation skills
Team player with flexible approach to scheduling
